The library has two meeting areas available for public use at a nominal fee; the Activity Room on the second floor and the Board Room on the lower level. Each group is required to set up tables and chairs for their meeting and the group is required to return these items to their original position after the meeting is concluded if changed from library setup.
Any group or organization desiring use of the meeting rooms must submit a Room Request Form. Please read our Meeting Room Policy before completing your request. You can fax the form to Heather Smith at 717-354-7787 or scan and send via email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
