The library has two meeting areas available for public use at a nominal fee.
Any group or organization desiring use of the meeting rooms must submit a room reservation request online or complete a paper Room Request Form. (You can fax the form to Anna D’Agostino at 717-354-7787, or scan and send it via email to firstname.lastname@example.org, or bring the completed form to the library).

Rental Room Descriptions
Located on the Library’s second floor, with elevator access, this large, flexible meeting space includes two restrooms, a small sink for arts & crafts, a projector screen, limited electrical outlets, and ten folding tables & 60 chairs which may be arranged in a variety of configurations.
Ideal for small gatherings, this room features one long table, seating for 12 and a whiteboard. It is located on the library’s lower level; elevator access is available.
