Join us at the library for FREE Zumba! Zumba is an up-beat aerobic fitness program featuring movements inspired by various styles of Latin American dance. This class will be taught by certified instructor Carcy Vreeland.
The first 30 minutes will be Chair Zumba, a seated class that combines muscle toning moves to give you an overall energy boost! We’ll follow with 45 minutes of Zumba total workout, combining all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, boosted energy and a serious dose of awesome each time you leave class.
Participants must a sign a Liability Release form.
