Certified Instructor Carcy Vreeland is offering virtual Zumba classes that you can attend from the comfort of your own living room!
Registration with an email address is required to obtain access. You will receive an email with the Zoom Meeting information and password before the event.
Zumba is an up-beat aerobic fitness program featuring movements inspired by various styles of Latin American dance. No dance experience is necessary!

Tuesday, May 5 at 5:30 p.m. – Zumba (45 minutes)
Zumba is a total workout, combining all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, boosted energy and a serious dose of awesome each time you leave class.
