Steve Klotz, coordinator of Dementia Friendly Lancaster County, helps family members, friends, and other care partners to understand what a dementia diagnosis means, the unique challengers it presents, and how to successfully communicate in a way that lowers stress and deepens relationships. There will be time for Q & A at the end of his presentation as well as printed resources. Steve has worked in dementia care, taught care providers, and conducted workshops in a dozen states during the past 25 years. He is an adjunct instructor at York College of PA.
