Garden Spot Village Kids 1/2 Marathon

Welcome to the Garden Spot Village Kids Run sponsored by ELANCO Public Library and Garden Spot Village 1/2 Marathon and 10K.

Garden Spot Village and ELANCO Public Library teamed up to promote healthy lifestyles for kids in Kindergarten through 8th grade. Kids not only benefit from the activity and training but they get to experience the thrill of a race start and finish, coming down through the same finisher’s chute that the runners will use the following day with cheering crowds, medals and all.

*New this year- We will introduce a kid’s fun run to take place on March 26. Kids can sign up on-site to do a one-mile run, for a t-shirt. Kids have the thrill of starting on a real starting line, and finish line. This is a great option for kids who didn’t sign up to complete the half-marathon, but would still like to participate in the event.
