Create and show art that reflects rural living!
The purpose of the Farm to Gallery program is to encourage youth to express how the agri-CULTURE of the area around us affects us individually and collectively, using one or more mediums or art disciplines; and to exhibit, show or present their artwork in a concrete form to viewers in a public or semi-public forum.
Farm to Gallery will meet at the ELANCO Public Library on the first and third Tuesdays in March, April & May 2018. There we will explore what living in a rural area means to us, and will create artwork in a discipline of our choosing that speaks to what we discover. At the end of our six weeks, we will exhibit our artwork at the ELANCO library, complete with an artist’s reception on the opening night of the exhibit.
Must be registered by Monday, March 5 at 8 p.m. Low registration can cause cancellation.
