CHIP Information Program

Registration is requested, walk-ins welcome!

Caregivers and their children (birth-19) are welcome.
Come join us at the Library for more information from a professional about the Children’s Health Insurance Program (CHIP) program, Pennsylvania’s program to provide health insurance to all uninsured children and teens who are not eligible for or enrolled in Medical Assistance. While this is not a lecture style program, the professional will be able to answer questions, give out information and even help you navigate the application website.
