Learn how to protect PA’s kids from abuse.

Have you ever seen a child in a store or restaurant having a meltdown and a parent having a meltdown of their own? Are their children playing unsupervised in your neighborhood? Do you ever wonder what to do when you are concerned about a child and aren’t sure if it’s “your business”?

If so, the Front Porch Project can help. This research-supported training provides you with real-life answers to questions like these. We talk about the issues facing today’s families, brainstorm ideas and practice strategies for helping children and supporting families. The training is a fun mix of interactive discussions, video clips and activities with people who really care about our community and the kids who live here.

PA Family Support Alliance will be providing a Front Porch Project discussion at the ELANCO Library, 11 Chestnut Drive in New Holland on Friday, September 16, from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM. There is no charge to attend and it is open to anyone.
